Article 1 (Applicability)

1. This agreement applies to all relationships related to the use of this service between the user and the operator (hereinafter referred to as “we/us”).
2. We may establish various rules (hereinafter “Individual Provisions”) in addition to these Terms. They shall constitute part of these Terms regardless of their name.

Article 2 (Registration)

1. Registration is completed when the applicant agrees to these terms, applies for registration, and we approve it.

Article 3 (Management of Credentials)

Users shall appropriately manage their authentication credentials (e.g., from external services) used for logging into this Service at their own responsibility.

Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment)

1. Users shall pay usage fees for paid plans as displayed on this website via specified methods (e.g., Polar).
2. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time via proscribed methods. However, fees already paid (including pro-rated amounts) are non-refundable.

Article 5 (AI Generated Content)

1. This Service uses Google Gemini for AI image generation.
2. We grant users permission for free use, including commercial use, of schedule images and AI images generated using this Service, provided that such use does not violate Google Gemini’s terms or applicable laws.

Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in:

• Acts violating laws or public order and morals.
• Criminal activities.
• Acts interfering with the operation of this Service.
• Acts causing nuisance to other users.
• Other acts we deem inappropriate.

Article 7 (Suspension of Service)

We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this Service without prior notice for maintenance, disasters, system failure, etc.

Article 8 (Restriction of Use)

We may restrict use or cancel registration without prior notice if a user violates these Terms.

Article 9 (Withdrawal)
